A custom cocktail class learning the basics of cocktail making and different techniques. Learn about the process of how Junction 56 products are made and the distillation process from start to finish. (4 custom cocktails)

Mercer Sampler: Karaage fried chicken pieces, crispy tuna sushi, peanut crunch salad, togarashi aioli, wasabi, teriyaki sauce & 6 oz Mercer Light sample.
